SYNOPSIS
Currently completed 4-Years B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering degree from Shah Jalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet. Successfully completed academic project on “Bioinformatics (genome sequence analysis) as my final year thesis (group work). In our thesis we try to develop a system where a gene can be found from a large sequence file and by pattern matching develop a relationship between ‘gene’ and ‘intergenic region’ where I possess knowledge of languages and support packages. Possess strong communication, analytical and inter personal skills. I am a swift learner with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

ACADEMIC PROJECT
